Switching From One Page Plus Cellular Plan to Another
From Standard to Talk n Text
To switch from the Standard plan to a Talk n Text monthly plan, you must load a Talk n Text card/PIN onto your account.
A Talk n Text PIN can be purchased from an authorized Page Plus dealer, online at www.PagePlusCellular.com or by calling Customer Service at 1-800-550-2436. Once purchased, the PIN can be loaded onto your account by any of these same methods, or by calling the automated IVR system at 1-877-359-6695.
To switch plans by calling Customer Service or the automated IVR system, you need to be calling from a phone other than the Page Plus phone you want to change the plan on.
From Talk n Text to Standard
To switch from a Talk n Text monthly plan to the Standard plan, you must call Customer Service to make this switch. Loading a Standard plan card/PIN does not automatically switch the account from a Talk n Text plan to the Standard plan.
Monthly plans can renew from either a Talk n Text PIN or from a cash balance on your account, so if a Standard PIN loaded onto an account provides enough cash balance for the current (unexpired) monthly plan to renew, the monthly plan will renew rather than the account being switched to the Standard plan.
From Unlimited Talk n Text to Talk n Text 1200
A Talk n Text 1200 PIN must be loaded onto the account to switch to this plan. The account will remain on Unlimited Talk n Text until the next monthly renewal date, and the Talk n Text 1200 PIN will be placed in a reserved state on the account until the plan renewal date, at which time it will apply and switch the plan.
From Talk n Text 1200 to Unlimited Talk n Text
An Unlimited Talk n Text PIN must be loaded onto the account to switch to this plan. Switching from Talk n Text 1200 to Unlimited Talk n Text is considered a plan upgrade and the plan switch will take place immediately. You will therefore get the most value from your plans by switching just prior to the Talk n Text 1200 expiration date rather than in the middle of the plan month.

Reinstating a Monthly Plan After Non-Renewal
If your monthly Talk n Text plan does not renew for whatever reason, your account may get automatically moved to the Standard plan. Since your account may not automatically get switched back to the previous Talk n Text plan by simply adding the dollar amount of the plan to your account, you need to purchase and load an actual Talk n Text card/PIN onto your account in order to return to the monthly plan.
Changing or Suspending Your Phone Number Will Cancel Your Monthly Plan
A monthly Talk n Text plan will not transfer from one phone number to another. Therefore, a phone number (MDN) change will effectively cancel the monthly plan. If you are on a Talk n Text plan and you want to change your phone number, you will get the most value from your plan by waiting until the end of your plan month rather than changing your phone number in the middle of the plan month.
Similarly, if you want to suspend your account (because your phone was lost or stolen, for instance), your plan must be switched to the Standard plan before the account can be suspended. Your monthly Talk n Text plan will be lost. When the account is restored, it will be restored with the Standard plan, and a Talk n Text PIN will need to be loaded onto the account to return to the monthly plan.
